What's great about this is that you can also export cameras and null objects out of Blender and import those into AE. Seems like there is the possibility for motion graphics.

1:29 Out of curiosity I'm wondering why there is no FBX support in After effects if Mixamo is able to render FBX. Also why no option to output .GOB or .GOTF straight out of Mixamo.

i dont get the animation option when i want to run the animation from blender in after effects im running ae 24.2.1 and its in the gltf option plus i had animation checked
