So, I made these the other day and I have a few tips:

1.  Definitely do not use too much sweet potato.
2.  Unlike a real brownie, these are WAY better once they have fully cooled.  I tried one warm and it was terrible, I let them cool fully and it was pretty great.

Oh my goodness! Kevin this is by far the best and cleanest brownies recipe ever. I made these babies today and they were awesome! It doesn't taste anything like sweet potato or zucchini..so chocolaty, dense and moist which is how brownies should be. You all have to try this recipe! Love from London xx

I was looking for a healthier brownie recipe and this one is the best one ive tried so far! I didnt add the zuchinni because it is moist enough without it. I used ground oatmeal and also added 1/4 a cup of mini chocolate chips. My last sweet potato brownie recipe i tried was no where as good as this one and that other one had more ingredients and calories. Ill be using this one from now on. It tastes so good!

I tried to make the brownie, however, I blended the oats into like a flour texture but the middle part of the brownie was still soggy and only the top part was cooked. What do you think went wrong? I really would love to hear back from you because I'm so eager to try this!
