The Hebrew Month of Av:
Av is a month of opposition, but with opposition also comes opportunities.

This is the month to...
- Know that contradictions are opportunities to press in and embrace your relationship with God
- Cast off what causes you to lose focus and turn away from distractions
- Wait and practice patience.
- Protect your ear gate and don’t’ believe or receive every negative report

The Hebrew Month of Elul
Elul is the month to reflect on what was learned in Av and prepare your heart for the Fall Feasts of the Lord.

This is the month to...
- Confess and abandon things that separate you from God
- Prepare your heart for the spiritual transformation that will happen at God’s appointed times
- Make a choice to live with a heavenly perspective
