Episode 21 from the series Adulting with Skip Heitzig. Watch the complete series:

Saving anyone from death would, of course, be a noble goal. If physical death threatens someone and we can help them avert it, we should by all means try to do so. But especially if there is a risk of spiritual, eternal death, we should step in and try to stop it. Today I will share the four musts of saving a soul from death. These four ingredients are needed for every Christian life.

Thank you for such a beautiful message. For so long now my sister and I have been praying for reconciliation in our family, especially for those who are the wayward children. We are standing in faith believing God for them to return to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ 💕🙏

In listening to Pastor Skip on his view of I John 3, I make the following comments. He intimateed that a Christian would sin from "time to time" but the truth is that a Christian is continuing to sin bc "There is NOT a just man upon earth that doesn't good and sinners not" Ecc 7:20. A proper understanding of such verses in the chapter show that the flesh ALWAYS sins but the "SOUL" doesn't sin. Eph 4 refers to the NEW MAN (Soul) is created in righteousness and true holiness. What is being taught to us in I John is that The SOUL of the Believer is "SINLESS" but the flesh continues to sin bc it has not been redeemed yet. See these verses to get God's understanding on the matter. (Rom 7:18 -25, I Pet 1:22, I John 3:7, Rev 22;14. We can never be lost bc our soul can never sin again after we believe but we will answer for our deeds committed with flesh if they are not forgiven at the judgment seat of Christ (II Cor 5:10)

Luke 8:26-39(
Jesus😊1st❤heals man with a demon)

"26 Then they sailed to the country of the Gerasenes, n which is opposite Galilee.
27 When Jesus(😊1st❤) had stepped out on land, there met him a man from the city who had demons. For a long time he wore no clothes, and he had not lived in a house but among the tombs.
28 When he saw Jesus(😊1st❤), he cried out and fell down before him and said with a loud voice,
" What have you to do with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg you, do not torment me. "
29 For he( Jesus😊1st❤) had commanded the evil spirit to come out of the man.
( For many a time it had seized him. He was kept under guard and bound with chaina and shackles, but he would break the bonds and be driven by the demon into the desert.)
30 Jesus(😊1st ❤) then asked him, " What is your name? " And he said, " Legion" for many demons had entered him.
31 And they begged him not to command them to depart into the abyss.
32 Now a large herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside, and they begged him to let them enter these.

So he( Jesus😊1st❤ values a life over pigs) gave them permission.
33 Then the demons came out (😊❤)
of the man and entered the pigs( Samaritan's property= " pigs"), and the herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and drowned.
34 When the herdmen saw what had happened, they fled and told it in the city and in the country.
35 Then people went out to see what had happened, and they came to Jesus(😊1st❤ our Lord and our savior in Christ) and found the man(😊❤) from whom the demons had gone, sitting at the feet(😊❤) of Jesus(😊1st❤), clothed(😊❤) and in his right(😊❤) mind(😊❤), and they were afraid.
36 And those who had seen it told them how the demon-possessed man had been healed.
37 Then all the people of the sorrounding country of the Gerasenes ask him( Jesus😊1st❤) to depart from them, for they were seized with great fear. So he(Jesuss😊1st❤) into a boat( Do you also remember Luke 8:22 too in Christ?) and returned.
38 The man from whom the demons had gone begged that he might be with him(Jesus😊1st❤), but Jesus(😊1st❤) sent him away, saying,
39 " Return to your home, and declare(😊❤) how much God(God😊100%❤ our Father😊100%❤
in heaven) has done(😊❤) for you(😊❤)."
And he(😊❤)
went away,
proclaiming(😊❤) throughout the whole city(😊❤) how much Jesus(😊1st❤ our Lord and our savior in Christ😊❤) had done(😊❤) for him(😊❤). "( Luke 8:26-39 ESV Study Bible. Today application questions😊❤ in Christ❤:
Do you also know how much God( God😊100%❤ our Father in heaven) or how much Jesus(😊100%❤ our savior in Christ) has done for you( 😊❤ you or us too today in Christ) too today too?

Have you also like what was said about the demoned possessed man got heal by Jesus(😊1st❤) so he proclaiming😊❤ throughout the whole city how much Jesus(😊1st❤ our Lord and our savior in Christ too) had done😊❤
for him. " ( from Luke 8:39 b ESV Study Bible)
You might so what?
What has Jesus(😊1st❤) also done for you in the past, in the presence today? How can we proclaim😊❤ in Christ😊❤ together😊❤ how much😊❤ Jesus😊1st ❤ or God( God 😊100%❤ of the Bible😊❤
) or Jesus(😊1st ❤) has done for you( or us) too today in our sorrounding whever God (😊100%❤) put you and I or us in too. Jesus loves you( John 14:21😊❤ and John 14:23😊❤) in Christ.

Faithful ones can you also tell what the Lord Jesus😊1st❤ or our savior ( Jesus😊1st❤) has done for you in your lives in Christ with others too😊❤ by God's grace😊❤ by faith ( trust) in Jesus(😊1st❤) in Christ😊❤
too😊❤.
