If you want to open your own gelato shop you can get certified here on a four week course. Ours was just an introduction, although it felt like the real thing. And it was a great family bonding experience.

Working in teams, (kids versus parents,) we chose flavours, calculated weights of ingredients, chopped fruit and used the machines. And the end result? Watch this... (warning - it may make you hungry!)
