I'll take the money, investing and maintaining an island is expensive, even worst if the island has winter season. Plus, a $50K island, those are tiny, like two basketball courts next to each other or smaller.

Man, all those closing costs and tax fees for an island where I'd still need a boat to get to it as well as living anywhere near the damn thing coastal wise to enjoy it

I'd be so god damn far in debt, I'd have to sell the island at the same price they bought it and still be in the hole. Good contest Square Enix, really looking out for the winner on this one.
