Hey GE, how about letting the agitator work seperate from the tub? The current bolded on design is old and tired, no more short strokes please! And no more tub indexing, it strains the motor.

My flex dispense tray keeps holding water all the trays but the pods one. Is this normal? And if not how do I fix it. It's done it since day 1.

Our smart dispense tray is broken. Someone pulled it out and it won't go back in correctly. It appears a piece has broken off. How do I go about replacing the tray?

How many tide pods can I use in this. I like to use two sometimes. Do I have to use the dispenser or can I just throw them on top of the clothes like in my older ge washer

If I want to add oxiclean do I do the custom add then do the detergent option? Old washer had a specific spot for it so I’m struggling with this 😂

Is there a way to make the agitator move the close around more aggressively like the older machines? This slow spin of the agitator and then the drum doesn’t seem like it’s cleaning the clothes right.

i have had four service calls under our warranty with Best Buy to try to address why the fabric softner compartment does not empty during the wash cycle. They have replaced several parts, but to no avail. I am beyond frustrated with this new washer. Any ideas what is up? (ALSO, all compartments seem to hold water after a wash cycle)

Can I use powder detergent in the detergent cup or is it liquid only? I have a new machine being delivered soon and the store representative didn't know the answer. I want to know what to buy to keep my machine working properly.

My wife remove the dispenser and it seems like it may have been broken. it does not stay in anymore is there any way that this can be fixed.
