Please let me know what brand(s) are recommended for the liquid fabric softerner and how to to use them on ‎PFQ97HSPVDS - GE Appliances.

Okay GE not everything has to be Wi-Fi enabled. Unfortunately most Wi-Fi enable devices eventually stops being supporting by the app or is removed from the market, making it useless tech. That being said, if my device (washer and dryer) was advertised as being smart and Wi-Fi ready, I should not have to purchase a wifi adapter. At $50 each only to connect to my phone and send me notifications is pretty steep. Most of the time when I'm doing laundry I'm at home anyways.

Finally, GE needs to come up with its own proprietary data port design. I get that ethernet is a standard connection and so it might be easier for tech tool manufacturing, however it also gives customers the idea that they can connect their "smart" devices to their network via an ethernet cable, and skip the adapter for WiFi. However, this is not the case as far as I can tell.
