There is no audiance to appreciate his art. He doesnt realize that he is alone, and so sends more men to die for his unseen, unreasonable masterpiece.

The war is created for the amusement of the ones that control the world and this is done with real people's lives. This short video is a masterpiece and full of deep meaning.

This is so well done, better than the crap Hollywood produces.
Camera angles, selective focus and depth of field, composition, everything is fantastic.

Fun fact : with rough estimation, if this is a 1 min length movie, with minimal 24fps then about 1440 soldiers were killed.

When I first saw the guy taking the picture of the fallen soldier I was like, "Wow, what a sick guy". But when I saw that they were making a movie, and that _each frame was a dead soldier_, then "Wow, THAT is sick". Because *imagine the hundreds of soldiers that didn't fall the way that they needed* and they kept killing more until the guy fell "correctly"...

Everything about war and blind obedience, in just over 5 minutes. BTW, the rendering is absolutely exceptional for its time!

Это надо же так придумать. Жутко и гениально одновременно. Гениально в плане аллегории на действительность.

The soldiers receiving a medal and then jumping off the pier was giving me Monty Python vibes. 😆
