Bars and gels are super handy but on long rides where we try to get around 150cals an hour it's so nice to switch it up and enjoy some salty carbohydates!

Potatoes have been a favourite of mine for about a year when I started fuelling property, now out of curiosity, I decided to test and review what other salty carbs you can carry with you on bike rides. So here it is... a totally unbiased ranking of potatoes-- er I mean salty cycling snacks!
