I have 2016 Excel and my pivot table doesn't look the same as yours.  In order for me to change the name, I have click on the arrow by the name under Values and click Value Fields Settings.

Thank you for the great tip...I am stuck in grouping ..I am on latest Excel version and I am working on a 2 months file. The colums of Dates is formatted as Data :-(
