One quick thing is that you either have to change the second 20000 to a lesser number or remove the = sign in the second area

Hi..u dont have to nested IF for this matter..just write the formula with 1 IF
=IF(F3>20000, "Good", "Poor")

using 20000 twice is wrong! 20000 can't be "good" and "poor" the second value should be 19, 999 or the arguement should simply be less than 20000
