As you start collecting more and more references for projects and papers, you may wish to adopt a tool to help you manage them. This video shows you 3 ways a reference management tool can help you.

The reference management tool used in the video is EndNote, but Zotero and Mendeley have similar functions. Script available. Audio optional.

1 - Cite while you write

Ready to insert a citation!
[ Insert citation ]
[ Type a keyword to call up the citation ]
[ Insert citation ]
[ Citation automatically inserted into document ]

2 - Change the citation style

[ Select citation style from built-in menu ]
Select a new citation style.
I want this one.
From APA style…to MLA style!

3 - Organise your citations

Create a group or folder.
Name it.
Drag and drop citations to organise them.
