There’s this Chinese spot near me where the owners & workers don’t speak any english. That was where I first tasted authentic dandan noodles & lemme tell you I can never have it any other way ever again. I don’t speak mandarin but they already know when I walk in that I’m having the dandan noodles 😂 we may not be able to communicate in words but food transcends language I guess
