Exodus 23:20 “Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. 21 Beware of Him and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions; for My name is in Him."
God clearly delegates "vengeance" to His angels, and in dealing with sinful Israel later, even through the nations like Assyria and Babylon.

Psalm 103:20 does not negate the fact that some angels were disobedient, rebellious and have taught men evil things. Genesis 6:4 "There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God(angels created directly by God) came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them." Revelation 12:7 And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, 8 but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. 9 So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

2 Peter 2:4 For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment.

 Revelation 9:13 Then the sixth angel sounded: And I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, 14 saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” 15 So the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released to kill a third of mankind.

Jesus Christ days His judgement is with him when he comes, the Holy Spirit is with Christ and comes in Jesus Christ name. and Jesus was speaking of things of spiritual nature as God says no man can serve 2 Masters flesh for flesh spirit for spirit we can't serve God and Mammon (money/materials). gold used to value earthly possessions, but the fruits of the Holy Spirit are the treasures that don't fade and there is no law or death against them. Romans 10:9-13, John 3:16, keep God's Commandments especially the 2 Jesus Christ God's only begotten son and word gave. pray.
