Amazing video! A quick question to you: I read about the pentile display technology that Samsung uses in their AMOLED display, which uses an extra layer of green sub pixels. Which is good it seems, but it also makes a fake resolution if I set the phone to 1440p instead of 1080p resolution. Which means that it will not be a true RGb image anymore and burn out will be faster at 1440p. Is that true?

You have missed out a very important aspect. Besides brightness IPS pannels are more advanced than OLED ones in every aspect. Oled are just cheeper to make and the users were brainwashed that they are better. On an ips display your eyes do not suffer but on an oled display the light comes directly on you retina. Not to mention the birghtness level that cannot be lower than 70% on oled. It is just an ilusion done by introducing black images at a very high refresh rate. This is done because the blue led from the oled cannot light at a voltage lower that ~70% level. It is a more complex explanation…
