You can get a 100% with the help of manure fertilizers. You used Terrasem C6F seeder which has a fertilizer spreader built in

One thing that I'd like to add is you dont need to buy a fertilizer spreader, all you need to do is plant oilseed radish and then plow, cultivate or subsoil and then plant the crop you want to and you'll get 50% fertilized..

How do you just lift the cultivators off the ground without folding them? Anytime I see an AI helper cultivating, when they get to the end of a run, they lift the cultivators up on wheels, turn around, and then lower it back down. Anytime I try, all I can do is fold the cultivator then wait for it to unfold every time I turn around.
