It was a very emotional scene

How did they get the photos of cap and vision from the airport I thought no one was there

They showed a picture of Cap. That means:

A) Old man Cap is narritively implied to have passed away.
B) Because he never returned from time traveling (returning the stones) the general public believes he's dead.
C) Everyone thinks young Cap is around and the students messed up in their presentation (like putting Vision as a hero for Endgame whereas he should have been acknowledged by the general public as a victim of Thanos long before "the blip" occurred).
