Hey Cara! This video bothers me as a coder because its straight up misinformation!

I think you got confused by hearing somewhere else that immortality is in the code, but immortal isnt a TRAIT in the game (its not defined in the traits file, doesnt have an icon and cant he added via the console), its a MODIFIER that can potentially be used inside a trait.

This is like saying "Cant marry anyone" is a trait when its just a modifier thats part of the monk trait :(

After “Immortal”, you have “Apostle”, which I believe is only for characters who are centuries dead, like Peter and Andrew.

Tjere’s a legendary event where your character says “I must become immortal!” Which I was disappointed to find out that it doesn’t have any way to actually become immortal, not even a low chance. 😞

Well the only character that gets immortal is the "khan of khans". You have to become the khan yourself of okay long enough to let the AI create the title on its own.
So since only one character per playthrough can get that, yeah, I guess immortal is indeed the rarest trait of all

Ck2 had an immortal trait that I think released with the monks and mystics dlc. So I figured maybe they had a plan to have an event chain like that in the game, it scraped it early on. And it’s either a left over, or they left in in the game code for when they want to use it in a future dlc.

There is an event chain, through the wards dlc, where your children can become really good and get shrewd, increased lifestyle experience, and it has a specific name but i forgot.
