Andrew is so good at conveying what makes good food besides the ingredients and processes. As a chef that watches a lot of cooking videos, Andrew really nails a lot of aspects that I don’t see other cooking videos cover like balance and contrast. The video he did with his cooking tips went beyond just a list and covered a lot of complex ideas in a simple way. He is a natural teacher and his enthusiasm shows. Well done.

Ngl this blows my mind. If you think about it, Andrew and the team literally has all the connections to all the chefs that have been on the show on worth it. Which still is crazy to me as we can now learn some of their personal recipes/dishes

Edit: but kinda jealous how we can't just reach out to the chefs and ask how they make some of their dishes haha
