The Fries F***ing Matter

Nobody wants s****y fries.

I wanted to make fries that complimented my sandwiches and showcased some of my favorite Lebanese flavors.

The garlic and cilantro add brightness, and then you can dip them in my famous jalapeño ketchup for some spice.

These are fries done Detroit-style.
