That was fast. Patch doesn't fully address the main tank problem and pain points, but ngl the patch is not bad for Ana mains (me) cuz all I do is nano pocket the titan kaiju tanks.

Can anyone tally up the patch changes to see if characters are actually being changed around instead of just being reverted to previous patches because i swear to god these nerfs are identical to the nerfs they got immediately before they got superbuffed

So Ram was viable for a day and that was too much ? Nerf is very aggressive as they hit his base health rather than nemesis armor bonus. They just throw numbers around cluelessly. Ram now has extremely low hp for a tank in omnic form. Will get one shotted by widow if he isn't topped off. He is the most honest tank in the game. Devs hate this hero for some reason. Literally by far the lowest picked tank in top500 every season. Even Rein good now, let Ram be good too. Zarya too. These nerfs pretty heavy will make these heroes worse than before. These are least problematic tanks in the game but they get nerfed first. These heroes are so shit people didn't even learn how to play against them because they are never meta or have good pickrate.

So ramm basically does 5 more pummel dmg in nemesis form and has 25 more armor health but now 8 sec instead of 7 to activate nem form compared to before the huge tank patch ever came out

They're no longer looking at the game or players. They're only looking at statistics they don't understand well enough and use only those for balance changes.
The talent, inspiration and vision have completely left the team. OW2 is the carcass of what OW1 was
