How to use this soundtrack for meditation:
☀︎ Peaceful location
Practice meditation in a comfortable, calming and peaceful location. Find a place where you’re not going to be interrupted for as long as you meditate - whether it’s five minutes or half an hour.
☀︎ Comfortable position
Meditation is usually practiced in a lotus, or half-lotus position. You can use a cushion if you’re planning to do it outside on the ground. It’s important to be comfortable and relaxed. Your body needs to be balanced so that your spine supports your weight from the waist and up.
☀︎ Eyes closed
Meditation can be practiced with the eyes closed or open. If you are a beginner – it’s best to first meditate with your eyes completely closed.

In meditation, you must think about one thing only.
For beginners, it might help to repeat a mantra in your mind or focus on visual object.
Some good mantras use words like peace, calm and silence. More traditional mantras include the word "Om" (symbolizes universal consciousness), or the phrase "Sat, Chit, Ananda" ("Existence, Consciousness, Bliss").

Focus your vision on a simple object. This object can be anything you want. Many people find the flame of a candle most pleasant. You can also use flowers, pictures of Buddha or other divine beings etc.

Create a peaceful place in your mind and explore it. You’re doing it right if you are able to reach a state of complete calm. It can be anywhere in the universe and it doesn’t have to be entirely real. Most people visualize a warm, sea shore, a meadow, a beautiful forest. Many people like to think of a campfire or a room with a fireplace.
