Thanks for your clear explination. Nevertheless, does Ableton have the possibility to automaticaly create chords just by selecting a note out of the Circle of Fifths like Cubase does? Cubase also has the possibilty to show you by coloring notes red or green, if your placed note also fits to the base chord what is very usefull for beginners.

Too bad the piano roll in Ableton sucks in comparison to FL Studio's Piano roll. They seem to not even care.
