This is basically voice leading, btw, if anyone wanna look more into it. It just means that you're making smooth and melodic transitions between each voice of the chord, basically, but really more complicated than that.

Or just go: IV V III VI (It's the Japanese VI IV I V) and add some random notes, especially major 9s and minor or major 7s to sound like Ichika. From time to time you can throw in a 6 or a 4 but make sure it's random!
