Welcome to Day 25 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being CONNECT. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like thread the needle, humble warrior, and low lunge quad stretch.

My dog sees the mat and thinks, “play time!” Then she bugs me for the rest of the session. I call it interactive yoga with a not-so-downward dog. It’s fun. 😆 Thanks for all that you do. ❤
