Try the Cold sear method of cooking a thick steak in a cast iron pan! It’s the best and easy and no more buying extra machines with non recyclable parts to fill up more holes in the ground! ❤

I had to crack up when you took that screen protector off. Mine is still on my instant pot lol. One little corner has started to lift, so I may as well just rip the Band-Aid off.

I had a NY strip a few days ago. 5 min on each side at 400 deg. Med rare, cooked to perfection!

I think Ferrigno freedom uses one of those. I can’t remember it seems like he does. I’ll have to go check that out. He really likes it.

I do all my steaks on my ninja air fryer. Pretty easy. 250F for 6-7 minutes to get it to 100F internally. Then 450F for 2 minutes a side to sear and finish it off. I used to do everything sous vide and sear with a blowtorch but the air fryer is 90% as good for 10% the time and effort.

Wondering about the inside finish the issues with other product the finish peels off.looks like a great devise but this is the first time I’m seeing this and it’s End of Sept. and the deal was for May

I watched the sorted food guys reviewed this, and they used the broil function at the end to get a good sear.

What's the temperature for medium rare? Those pre-selected programs don't help anyone if you don't have the exact same airfryer.

I have to say 90% of the time I do my steaks in the air fryer. I do it like a 3 1/2 minutes on each side for a thicker steak. Last night I did T-bones. I think it was about five minutes total because we like ours on the rare to medium rare side. It’s just phenomenal that way. We do have a traeger and a barbecue, but we have not been using them for some reason

I’ve been able to get more of a sear on my steak by letting my regular air fryer heat up on its own for a few minutes and then throwing the steak in there.

My Vortex Instant Pot oven makes perfect steaks, I've never had a problem so I'll just stick to what I have.
