You should sell a course on how to spot fake gurus, for the low price of $997, reduced from $4999

Al Lawry did this guru stuff over 50 years ago. At an event somewhere a local journalist asked him if it was true that he made a million in RE. He stated he DID make a million in real estate, and then he made $200m telling people how he made $1m.

" The real People get rich by selling picks & shovels to other people who are trying to mine gold." Excellent quote there Scott. I hadn't heard of that yet.

I feel really bad for the people that got scammed into those courses. Most likely people who were trying to escape their current financial situation in life and were desperate yet optimistic, exactly the kind of people these fake gurus prey on. You have to imagine the kind of people these guys are if they are selling repackaged information from the internet for hundreds of dollars, makes me barf.

The fact is that if they're so rich. They got a jet. Why DF would you tell others how to get there.

It’s funny, these real estate gurus say they buy jets for tax reasons, when real estate is a better way to hedge against taxes 🤷‍♂️

If they have 'private jets' or some other movable vehicle, you know it's most likely either subject to chattel mortgage, or just rented.

I'm nearly having an aneurysm trying to compute just how ironic it is that Grant thinks we're the ones who think small....He's an OTVII on $cientology's "bridge to total freedom" aka The epitome of thinking small.

I can’t get over just how slimy Kevin is. For all the crap to be said about grant, the dude’s got charisma and, as much as I hate it, he’s got quite a personality going for him. I don’t know what Kevin’s got, but it ain’t that.

I used to subscribe to Meet Kevin, and actually learned an incredible amount from him. But over the last 6 months his ego has gotten way outta hand. During a livestream for one of the Fed meetings, a member of his superchatted him 2.0 CAS I believe, which was a currency no one knew. Kevin started talking shit to the guy about how even though he didn't know what currency that was, 2.0 was nothing and that he probably had more than that sitting in his hand right now. And he was being serious, not joking. I unsubscribed immediately.

Dearest Scott .. Great video!....Thanks so much for sharing and totally agreed with you! Though you have got the title wrong and their identification totally wrong about these individuals. These people are NOT guru. Guru means from Sanskrit, " dispeller of darkness. True genuine guru ( spiritual master) have tremendous spiritual powers, incredible spiritual knowledge, timeless wisdom, insights and light, and do transmit what we call in the yogic spiritual tradition, Shaktipat ( which is a transmission of Divine cosmic primordial energy) to the sincere seeker who have a longing to evolve their consciousness and self-realized ( enlightenment).. By calling them fake guru, it only confuses a lot more the populace about what is a true genuine spiritual master, and also spreading wrong knowledge, and unconsciously adding to bad reputation about true guru....( the ones who are doing good work in the world and are helping other transform to their divine presence or true nature). The way you have it now with this title and in your video, it comes across as a click bait. Thanks so much for listening and taking in consideration my words. Please call them something else, but Not guru.... Sending you a wave of divine love, light, grace and blessings Sending, 💞🙏

Don't forget the dropshipping gurus! They all seemed to have disappeared at the same time

See this is why I don't buy a lamborghini. It's just gonna make me look like a fake guru trying to sell you a course.

One thing of note. People that can do don’t teach, unless they are retired. Why would I waste time teaching someone how to make 1 million dollars if I can go make the million dollar myself unless I am retired, no longer care and decide to reveal my secrets to the public as philanthropy?

I'm 50 and financially retired since I was 45 yrs old. Joined the military at 18, retired at 38. Started buying single family homes in 2002. Started investing in securities, derivatives, and ETFs in 2004. No secret information just discipline and not buying garbage daily.

I find it hilariously ironic that whenever I watch one of your videos the ad that plays before the video starts is _always_ from some Amazon store front scams company. 🤣

First time I flew private I was 24. It's not all that it's cracked up to be.... said no one ever. Private planes aren't expensive for a 10-20 million dollar business as long as it's not a private equity owned business that is.

I remember when my mother was watching Kevin for the longest because of the stimulus check news he would constantly clickbait people with. I sent her one of these videos the dui one I believe, and she told me she had a inkling he was on absolute bullshit and just sounded absolutely dejected over the phone.

Fuck these types of people that end up becoming like this honestly.

For free I can tell you their mojo/secret sauce..
1. Get flatmates, or better convert the basement and rent it.
2. Save deposits to purchase rental properties with bank loans. Buy cheap and make them look luxurious with decor and appliances. Charge a rent that covers all.
3. When it works for you, diversify in regions and property sizes.
4. Buy a flash car and flex. Have kids.
5. Rent a hall in a hotel and flex, sell your secret sauce, talk about kids
