My advice: Beware any guru with a huge bank-account.

It's interesting finding one person I have been listening to for direction, such as yourself, analyzing another person being listened to for direction.
It makes a person realize that no one really can figure things out for you - you have to do that for yourself.

At least one very good thing I can say about him is that he is actively working to raise awareness about a very real issue which is the depletion of nutrients in soil worldwide. This is a very important issue so more power to him on that.

Just loved when you made the statement "He strongly prefers the name Sadhguru...., I will call him Jaggi." 😂 Dr. Grande will Not give him any kind of honor nor respect by giving him the name he so desires, and demands.
HOW do people like him end up with so many believers and followers?
Great video, Dr. Grande, and loved how you called him out for his nonsense!! ♡♡

The 'jewelry killed her' defense is new one for me. 😂 Jaggi being the most financially successful guru kind of says it all. I wonder why these filthy rich and allegedly spiritual beings do not spend it on the poor, disabled and orphaned.🤭

The fact that Jaggi and all the other gurus you mentioned have so many followers and subscribers tells you that a whole lot of people out there are searching for more than just the physical and intellectual in their lives.

I like something Sadhguru said. Just because a person can recite information doesn't mean he's intelligent. A tape recorder can do that.

I have mixed feelings about him, sometimes I feel his spirituality is superficial. He appeals to the western world, but at many occasions his views and opinions are on point. Just take what is right and good from all possible source in my stand.

My mom, dad, and brother all died young. My husband physically abused me for 11 years. I sustained a broken jaw, stitches, more bruises, and cuts than I could count, and once couldn’t swallow correctly for a week after being strangled. Then hours after coming home from a family funeral., my “friends” husband not on my door and told me he walked in on my husband and his wife. Not having any family left, I had no one to turn to. So when I left my abusive husband, my children and I were on welfare. I fell to a major depression. I clicked on one of his videos, hoping to learn ways to come out of it. Instead, he said that if bad things happen to you it’s because you deserve them. That was a year and a half ago. I am now more depressed than I was before. He makes people feel worse about their situation and blame them self.

Guru: believes that deceased people are still partially alive for another 12 to 14 days, proceeds to have his wife cremated 12 hours after her passing. 🤔

As much as I love and follow Dr Grande, I am floored at his lack of understanding of certain natural health principles. The gut brain connection (your “second brain”) is now well established and some of the most exciting research in the past 20 years.

What I get from Sadhguru is everyone at some point needs to take responsibility for their lives. If you haven't noticed, everyone is blaming everyone or everything else for something. There are many things we can't control, but one thing we can do, is make healthy choices for ourselves, and he gives people "tools" on how to use their intelligence in a life affirming way. We all ask certain questions a certain times in our lives, that is what I call growing up. Jesus spoke in parables I believe, because we are not all at the same level of experience. Take what you want, and leave the rest.

Sadhguru means “uneducated Guru.”
Isha Foundation is a non-profit, spiritual organisation founded in 1992 near Coimbatore, India, by Jaggi Vasudev. It hosts the Isha Yoga Centre, which offers yoga programs under the name Isha Yoga. The foundation is run "almost entirely" by volunteers. The word isha means "the formless divine".
