This is my favorite scene in this entire movie. This predator was definitely the only honorable one of the three. I would imagine the other two probably would have just blasted the Yakuza. Yet this predator accepted the challenge. They both redeemed themselves as warriors in this fight and went out honourably.

Plot twist: The predator does try to sneak in, but the testosterone aura emerging from the Yakuza guy is too intense that it disables the predator's cloak field.

I know quite a few people disliked this scene, but I always enjoyed it, Hanzo is completely outmatched, but still manages to defeat Falconer by sacrificing his defense and allowing himself to get hit, just to land that one fatal blow.

Falconer was the samurai of the super Predator clan. He prefered the use of a single blade instead of all the fancy tech predators had in their arsenal. That means He really liked Sword/blade combat like a true samurai warrior Does. He respected the fact Hanzo was going to use a katana to face him. Hence Why He decloacked Himself and accepted the challenge. He went out the way He Would have liked. With honour like a real samurai.

One of the best scenes in predator movie history from one of the strongest predator movies. Realistic, beautifully shot, while honoring not only traditional bushido samurai fighting style but also giving a great character redemption while allowing the predator to be cheered as well, we all know the predator was like, ‘fuck yeah, let’s do this shit’ I love how Hanzo stops running and says, I’m Yakuza, I’m Japanese, we don’t run. And turns back to face his enemy redeeming his honor. What a great film.

this fight was good. shows the predators aren't just hunters but respectable ones. they love sport, they love challenge and they show honor to their quarry regardless if they won or loss.
