Vinnie's White Bean Chicken Chili!

In this episode we whip up one of my favorites, White Bean Chicken Chili! This was absolutely delicious and everyone at the store loved it too! I hope you guys enjoy!
White Bean Chicken Chili
Ingredients:
8 Boneless Skinless THIN Chicken Breasts
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Large Chopped Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
5 Cups of Chicken Broth
3 (15 Ounce) Cans of White Kidney Beans
2 (4 Ounce) Cans of Green Chiles
1 Tablespoon of Dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon of Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup of Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Cup of Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
1) Boil the Chicken till it's almost done and then pull it.
2) Heat up the Olive Oil in a pot, then once it's warm put the diced onion and garlic in and let them cook for about 3 minutes.
3) Then add the shredded chicken to the onion and garlic and mix it all together and let them cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
4) Next you are going to add the white beans, the cayenne, the cumin, the oregano, and the green chiles and stir.
5) Add the chicken broth in and stir then cover and let sit and simmer on a low to medium heat for about 20 minutes.
6) Serve in a bowl with the Monterey Jack cheese and fresh cilantro on top.
7) Enjoy!
