all jokes aside, the fact that this is his last meal and pushed the sauces to the side speaks volumes to how much he really didn't like any of them.

While it's not directly stated in this scene, it is subtly implied that the "Franch" flavor symbolized Walt's desire to call Saul. Bravo, Vince.
