This is such a common experience, but it doesn’t need to be this way! In this episode, Dr. Payton Busker, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the Head of Content and Fitness Instructor at Evlo Fitness, walks us through the five biggest mistakes she sees people making with exercise and what you can tweak to hit your goals!

If weight loss is your primary goal, nutrition is the key to achieving that, not exercise. Exercise will of course help and has so many amazing health benefits, but it shouldn’t be the core driver of your weight loss efforts.
