Breakdance All Set to Debut At Paris Olympics 2024 | Firstpost America

The hype around the 2024 Olympics is at an all-time high. This year, a new group of participants are also feeling the nerves and they are the break-dancers. The art of breakdancing is meeting athleticism this year at the 2024 Olympics. It is the newest Olympic sport added to the event. The athletes in this event will have to be able to flip, spin and balance like gymnasts. But unlike gymnastics, they will have to prove their mettle by grooving along to the music. But here is the twist. Unlike a general dancing competition, where the dancers practice for hours on a set, here they will have to perform on impromptu music.

Finally the the Olympics will be entertaining to watch with some real creativity 🎉 Clearly the speaker doesn't go to regular battles. Unless it's 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3 the dancing is mostly freestyle. You never know what track the dj will drop or the bpm.
