Ahmed never respected her, never gave her importance she deserved. After all she was her mother, how can he behave so rudely with her. He always placed kosem on the first and never loved her mother enough ! And now when she was on the verge of death, he's realizing her importance, it's really sad, I wished she led a happy life💔 but things were not as expected in the series

This series was really cold as compared to MY coz they showed hatice with Mustafa and mihrimah things changed later is a different story also mihrimah went against Mustafa but she had also a soft side for him in this series dilruba literally hated ahmet there was no scene of geverhan or atike with their Murat's children (after there were scenes of atike with Kaya) even all the siblings had rare scenes

It's very sad. I understand that Handan Sultan was distraught after the death of her lover and it's really hard to recover from such a loss, but she could think of people who need her in this world who love her, like Ahmet ... don't think about yourself at first only for others, so as not to give them your sorrow.

I feel so bad for Handan Sultana. They should've allowed her to be happy with Dervish. I ordinarily like Kosem but she should've stayed out of this one. Dervish killed the former Sultan to save Ahmed.

handan is really very weak to be a queen mother.. She had to live beacuase of Ahmed, where darvish also died.

I think dervish was the father to Ahmed

People were so selfish back then. If she has told her story I'm almost certain Ahmed would have forgiven her. It was well known that Ahmed's father was a a**wipe to his concubines.

Is this proved by history? Was she really was in love with dervish pasha? I read in wikipedia, dervish pasha died 3 years after handan sultan, and there wasn't any suicide
