Each month The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation hosts a Meet the Scientist Webinar featuring a researcher discussing the latest findings related to mental illness. In August, 2022, the Foundation featured Dr. Steve Ramirez of Boston University.

Description: This talk will cover the emerging field of artificial memory manipulation and will focus on manipulating positive and negative memories to better understand how these processes work. Can memories be manipulated to prevent brain pathologies or to restore cognition and behavior? Dr. Ramirez will discuss how memory manipulation might be leveraged to treat brain disorders in general, and highlight their potential to increase the overall health of an organism.

What a great work you have done and are doing, and explaining this in a very clear and understandable way. Thank you.

Don't know what's up with the previous comments.. but an amazing talk and particularly that second Nature Communications paper looking at the localisation of memory valence in the hippocampus and the relative gene expression. Sounds like it's going to be a very insightful piece of literature!

I pray motives are, LOVE If a Child`s brain grows surrounded with love and memories are formed. Then if we would listen and look to understand when the mind, body, Spirit communicates. Thank God for all You all are doing . I learned a lot about a illness when I got around people with the same illness . I learned to listen and speak / communicate in that illness. Co-vid has been a very bad cause`s of (Wrong Isolation) . If you`ll can help with that, it`s needed. NAMI or DBSA

We don't need memory manipulation, we have multiple timelines going on and haven't even looked into that seriously yet.

Thank you for another interesting lecture. The article about the Mandela erronously stated that that last last of Queen song„We are the champions” is not „of the world”, as can be heard in the last seconds of this clip of Freddy performing live:

Time stamp 23:20. No! The Mandela Effect is real. I'm not misremembering my KJV bible.
