Mustard, Is it healthy? This is a great question. With all the different types of sauces and seasonings that you can purchase, what about mustard? Unfortunately, many sauces and seasonings today are full of vegetable oils, preservatives, and other chemicals that are harmful for the human body. However, one of the rare healthy ones is in fact mustard. Mustard usually only contains a few recognizable ingredients. One being turmeric, Which is anti-inflammatory. Now make sure you check the back label of your mustard. As we see in the video one mustard brand in particular does contain a harmful ingredient called natural flavors. This is an ingredient we want to avoid. But, you can see in the other brand that I mentioned, that it does not have natural flavors. Plus all the ingredients are recognizable and are healthy. One of the healthy ingredients is Vinegar. Vinegar is used as a great way to reduce any glucose spikes associated with food that you eat. It naturally reduces this by absorbing the glucose. This is definitely a sauce that can be used quite frequently in your nutrition plan.

My daughter in law dips her mini carrots in mustard. I like them dipped in peanut butter …. But she is also way thinner than I am 😅

Love it on turkey hot dogs and sauerkraut . All the probiotics in it is great for health .
