Lalo Samamanca took the show to a whole new level to me

The Kim/Jimmy Mesa Verde storyline was actually my favorite part of this season. Wexler V. Goodman is easily one of my favorite episodes of not only Better Call Saul. But the entire BCS/Breaking Bad universe.

I love Season 5. I especially loved Hank and Gomez's cameo, which I didn't know was coming or expect at all. It also found a way to make storylines that would've been boring in earlier seasons highly interesting. I loved seeing more of Lalo and Nacho and more of Jimmy's Saul persona. At this point, Kim is probably the most interesting character, outside of Jimmy. The finale was incredibly tense and awesome. I could've used more Howard.

I love the imagery in the bagman episode of jimmy filling a davis and maine bottle with his pee which mirrors his career at that firm that he threw away like it was garbage

Just watched season 5 as I’m watching the whole lot now 6 is done. One of the better seasons for the most part. The start was ok and the end of the season was great but the middle of the season ground to halt honestly.
The whole mase verde story and the bloke in the house wasn’t interesting at all

I found episodes 5, 6 and 7 to be kinda filler, but I enjoyed them more on rewatch since I don't have to wait a week in between and flowed a bit better. I loved the other 7 episodes, and Bad Choice Road being the best of the season and at least in the top 3 for me of the series.. If they end this show well, it might be the most satisfied I've ever been with any series.. I had a feeling they were going to do a spinoff after Breaking Bad, but I thought it was going to be about Gus' early days. I didn't care for Saul in BB, but damn if I don't love Jimmy. Also turned mike into my favorite character on television starting with the episode Five-O.
