Solo Tent Camping by a Pond in the Hoosier National Forest

No talking in this video. I decided to go for a solo tent camp in the Hoosier National Forest. I had a few pieces of gear I wanted to try out and I wanted some solitude. The weather was fantastic, and I could not have asked for a better solo trip. I was trying out my new Silky Gomboy saw and my Cascade Wild table. Both of them worked great and I will be using them on future trips. The tent I used was a Zpacks Duplex in the Camo color. It was also another opportunity to use my Nemo Tensor sleeping pad. That thing kept me warm and comfortable all night. I hope you enjoy this one as I just wanted nature to tell the story

awesome place for a campsite!...I love spending hours prepping for a fire too..cutting wood into different sizes for the campfire and stacking them based on their size...I find prepping for a fire really relaxing and of course nothing better in the whole wide world then sitting and relaxing at a campfire in the wilderness, especially when you are alone!....I like that coffee filter system too!..looks like you had a great time...we must have been thinking the same thing my latest hiking video I let nature do the talking too except for my quick intro.

There's nothing about this video that talk, explanation, or even a drone shot would improve, imo. And I usually love your drone shots. Thanks for taking the time to share this. I'm a solo hiker and this typifies a great overnight trip for me...I never thought that saw would have a problem...but I almost thought you were going to axe your foot on that first strike!
