Great video Tiffany…..This is all really incredibly fascinating. I enrolled in a UX design bootcamp last week and will be conducting my user interviews tonight after having collected screener survey results and devised a research plan. Who knew that there was so much going on behind the scenes when you visit a website or use an app?
