As someone with autism, interviews are absolute hell. I've been studying tips and watching videos like I have an exam that's worth 90% of my grade for my imaginary class. Determining the hidden meanings behind these questions is incredibly difficult.

For question 3, the interviewers also try to see how good of a storyteller you are as a designer and if you engagingly summarise essential information. This feel like a slap on my face because I actually bombed the LAST interview in a nice company because when interviewed by the Director, I answered exactly like you said it was a wrong way to answer. Great video! I loved the advice for answering "why do you want to work here?" and how you rephrased the answer to make it sound like you're offering something to the company instead of wanting to get something out of the company. I'll be referring to that part a lot!

Main takeaway is recruiters donc known how to ask a question in order to get the answer they want... Maybe it would be nice to have a video translating questions ? "Walk me through a particular project" translated into "What was your implication in this particular project?" The way it's presented in this video makes job seeker feel like they don't understand questions properly when really it's the recruiters that are not clear enough / Competent enough

Thank you for making this video! It really helped me prepare myself for some upcoming class assignments while also helping me for when I begin to apply to jobs in this area. I never thought about asking the employer to walk me through how projects normally go with the team. I can see how that would be pretty beneficial to see if you would work well if the process and people involved. I can see now that when people ask you a question they are not just asking you to answer it but also to expand upon it and respond with a question of your own.
