Chinese fishermen fish in South China Sea for 1000s of years.
They named ALL the features, sandbars/rocks/islands before the surrounding nations had boats & long before the colonial/imperial colonized the world, stole lands & killed natives.
China has historical right to that body of water for 1000s of years, much like US has right to North America for 250 years.
If US is to challenge China's claim, China shall challenge US's claim to North America.
US hogged up all the islands in Indo-Pacific, tested nukes on some & built bases on some. Damages the environment & displace natives.
China built those ISLANDS with no native & testing no nuke.
