You don't need any butter to cook bacon dude

Remove all that butter and bacon fat because you don't want that in your pasta.

Now add more butter into the pan because you want that in your pasta

I mean, I'm sure this tastes amazing...but you don't need to fry bacon in butter, and your "sauce" was just butter and white wine vinegar lol. Tasty, but not exactly gourmet cuisine. Something I'd have rustled up as a student!
