I blended the crushed tomatoes w 1.5 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce because I didn't have enough crushed tomato it was amazing! I'm making it again today with one can of blended tomatoes and one can of diced tomatoes to bulk it up. We loved it, thanks!!!
