There is one singular, tiny patch of mysterious lava on the ground behind the Coliseum, but even with directions, I found it *insanely* hard to find.

Allegedly Lurelin village was the spot for a fifth divine beast relevant to the main story. There's sketches of it in the book and a model of a manta ray and whale hybrid in one of the tech labs. I don't think this is news at this point but the fact that it lines up on the map if you were to draw direct lines from the current divine beasts to the castle is pretty interesting. That and it seems as though the gulf was cut out specifically for something big to reside in it

Every one of the shrines weird names is a scrambled version of one of the names of people who worked on the game. Also, the guy on the bridge is a direct reference to an actual person who would hang out on a large bridge and talk people out of jumping. The name escapes me

i seriously hope we get something like arbiter’s grounds in totk! we need massive difficult dungeons and we need terrifying spooky vibes. i may be a little coward baby in video games but for some reason i loved arbiter’s grounds so much, tied with snowpeak ruins as my fave dungeon of tp. (of course the fact that the room i was playing it in was super noisy and drowned out all bass audio probably really helped. if i had been fully subjected to the creepy music while fighting for my life and sanity i might’ve felt differently)

There’s spot in the area just south around the woodlands tower (underneath one of the wooden platforms beneath bokoblins, i believe) which is an invisible hole you can fall into and see a glitchy colourful screen; it’s pretty cool!

I've always wanted to see your take on the Special Delivery side quest. It's kind of controversial with BOTW fans, because it has a Zoran girl sending a love letter to a Hylian boy.

It's a complicated quest where you have to guide a bottle down the river in the Zoran domain and keep it from getting hung up by obstacles in the water while being attacked by lizalfos.

It's kind of weird because the Zoran girl is much younger than the Hylian boy so if you don't want to do it I'd totally understand, but the obstacle course part of the quest is actually pretty good.

By knocking Beetle over, you can slowly direct him elsewhere…Wolf Link (at least I think it was WolfLink) brought two Beetles to the same stable at one point

I don't know if you know this or not, but if you keep your distance, lynels don't attack you immediately when they see you until you draw your weapon. It's nothing super unique, but ithink it's a pretty cool detail. Also love the videos Danny keep doing great work.

Throughout the map there are holes in the world collision and you can climb in them it does nothing but its neat. You can only see this when its raining but there's also a little kid in Hateno Village that has a book with someone who looks kinda like Link with the champion's tunic gotta love the little details.

I think the guy on the bridge only stops you from jumping if you haven't talked to him. Great video as always

🤣 I'm pretty sure the little girl talking about the kingdom in the sky is talking about heaven. "Good kids get to see the kingdom in the sky" means good kids go to heaven when they die.
