"It's still dangerous," Harry stated, referring to the potential for individuals to act on harmful narratives perpetuated by the media. This concern, along with past security issues, has led to their reluctance to return to his home country.

Harry's concerns are supported by Neil Basu, former head of counterterrorism for the Metropolitan Police, who confirmed genuine threats against Meghan's life during their time in the UK. Harry previously cited security concerns as a reason for stepping back from royal duties in 2020.

Despite offering to pay for private security, Harry's request for police protection in the UK was denied. He plans to appeal this decision, emphasizing the need for fair and equal consideration of security measures for his family.

The Duke of Sussex also discussed the impact of his ongoing legal battles against the tabloids on his relationship with the royal family. He expressed a desire for unity in addressing media accountability and acknowledged the rift caused by his pursuit of justice.

Harry revealed that his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, supported his efforts, while clarifying that his legal actions are separate from his father and sister-in-law's recent cancer diagnoses.

While Harry has returned to the UK for various events, Meghan's last visit was for Queen Elizabeth's funeral in 2022. Their children have not been back since the Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022.

The documentary sheds light on the ongoing challenges faced by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as they navigate their complex relationship with the British tabloids and the royal family.
