lost 60 lbs in 5 mts eating boiled eggs (2) daily, chicken breast's 2-3 daily or lean beef (steak) and fruit in moderation, seldom eat junk food and no late night eating, Doc wanted to put me on preDiabetic meds but too expensive I beat it without em so far!

85year old male still taking statins.started carnivore diet three weeks ago lessening down to ketovore.had a fasting cholesterol test today 4.1 reading. Have lost roughly 6 lbs in weight.no obvious I'll effects so far. No indigestion in the evening .Regularly eat. a minimum of two eggs in various guises daily. Drinks consists black coffee, hibiscus tea with lemon and instant tea. I have suffered with atrial fibrillation since 90s so on blood thinners.

Does it matter how you eat the boiled egg making deviled eggs just a little mustard and mayonnaise to it or just cut up the egg and eat it by itself? And has concerned with cholesterol I've always disregarded what the doctor set about eggs and cholesterol if we weren't meant to eat it God wouldn't have given it to us
