The price is a fail as well. Made cheaper, less quality but higher price. You’d have to be nuts to pay $55, 000 or more at 6-8% interest for 75 months.

You broke a part they spent $1.5 mil and 25k hours in engineering to save 0.007 mpg. The fuel savings over the life of the truck is $55. You paid an extra $1, 500 for it though. Now you'll pay more out of pocket while that's repaired under warranty for a rental. Which will be a while. The part is on
backorder.
