For the next part, maybe work on the market and docs? Get a sense of how the city makes currency flow. For the market maybe extremely close and cluttered, and for the inner ring of market stalls maybe some fancier stalls or permanent shops for more valuable items

For the name, i might suggest doing a rough translation into Arabic or something similar to fit the feel.

I was thinking since you have palm trees, you can make it a desert kingdom put markets in the middle a sewer system, in the city that is going out to the ocean and a sand kingdom Palace
