there's actually more! once hes back in 2099 Wakanda, Bucky goes berserk due to the remaining tentacle liquid, but Shuri is able to control the vibranium in his arm using magatano beads (most likely from Sai/Psylocke or Peni's world). You can actually see those beads in the victory/defeat cutscene where Shuri explodes a crystal or something.
